DO U KNOW WHATS THE FUNDA BEHIND THE GPS SYSTEM, THAT IS TRILATERATION THEORY..............................U GUYS CAN U DESCRIBE THE TRILATERATION THEORY IN A BETTER WAY
The concept is easy to understand.imagine you are driving through an unfamiliar country and that you are lost.A road sign indicate that you are 500 KM from the city.But this is not much of help as you could be any where 500 km of radius of the city.You ask some body ,he tells you that you are 400 KM from B city.Now you are at the intersecting point of the two city and is in a better position to locate.If you could get distance of the C city, you will precisely locate yourself as these three circles intersect at just one point.This is the principles behind 2-D trilateration.The fundamental principles are the same for 2-D and 3-D trilateration,but in 3-D trilateration, we deal sphere instead of circles.
