please give ancient ways not modern and mechanical ways? give small information which is work out for practical.

My suggestion is to EMBRACE YOUR FEAR!! When you do that the first thing that you learn is to speak the truth and avoid speculations!! If you have the strength to embrace your fears you become one with your inner most voice, the voice of your soul, which inadvertently is the TRUTH.
Being true to oneself is being truthful to the world around you. You might not be the most popular person if you practice that but you certainly will earn the respect and the reputation of a person not to MESS WITH!
That according to me is a fantastic personality! Its also known as INNER BEAUTY.
External appearances like clothes, complexion, brands, accessories etc are just additions which can be subtracted or discounted. That determines your wallet size not the size of your intellect. Thanks a lot for referring this question Virag!
Evaluate yourself totally (Including all), finding your lack- weakness then improve it and follow it. Learn from other that how other person is behave? Different person have different personality , you will have to find which you require. Every people are learning from each other and fill their lack. So, you will have to develop yourself. Many people will give answer you but ultimately You will have to Execute that point which you required. Otherwise, these will only answer.... All the best...
