DEBATES AND IDEATES IN TOO STEP

there are debates of similar nature , but one can avoid things not liked.There are number of people on too steps having different age, experience , field , knowledge and views.All can not be at same level or stage . so one must participate in idea s/he like.

Absolutely Mr.Manoj Kumar. Some corrective steps are needed. I am also new in this forum but enjoing different opinion from different professionals of brilliant mind.

Everyone has to take the first step.

Feel confident and assured each one stumbles at least once in while.

Manoj I have already stated this portal is growing thick and fast and on such occassion this sort of repeat debate/ideas comes down since everybody has a different thought process and like to share the same in this portal.

It is a matter of time since all our learned friends started observig this and will not perticipate where a duplicacy occurs.

I SAY A LITTLE CHANGE OR DISCUSSING ON A SAME THING BRINGS A REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE.FOR EXAMPLE  TAKE BUSINESS EACH TIME U DISCUSS BUSINESS U GET A NEW IDEA OUT OF OLD. SO I FEEL IT SHOULD NOT BE OFTEN BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS GAP IT SHOULD BE REPEATED.

Absolutely true!!! Most of the too step users agree with your observation. Even I am one of the user having similar opinion.The first main objective to gather a vast number of users to too step is almost done. Too step now has a vast number of users who represent their views and share their knowledge with everyone. I assume that the main idea of a too step user to get connected with the each other professionals in similar and other relevant fields. In a desire for all of us to share our views and opinions with others, we find the repetition of the information one of reason being the line of demarcation for the groups is very thin. Too step now has the most  crucial step to take that shall  will be to get relevant information on board. I think with so any brilliant minds working together i think we all can easily find a solution to repetition.

The sight is though configured to eliminate repeatation,but minor alteration confuses the programme.As some one wrote that it is an open forum,let every body express.i am of the firm opinion that it must be avoided.

yes recently we are seeing this....may be the site is getting bigger interms of number of users and number of posts that are there on Toostep....and also may be people are finding it difficult to get to these things as they are unable to search and are posting similar things of which people have asked earlier.....I think here we can help them by giving them a link of similar post where people had participated earlier and have given their views......But a great platform for  Ideation and Debating as others have said....Cheers :)

I absolutely agree that there should be some control over REPEATING DEBATES & DEBATES WITH A SLIGHT TITLE CHANGE.

What happens is... same answers in different sentence formations are read on Toostep, which is a great platform for Ideation & Debating.

Monoj you are right. This will happen since the poral is growing and everybody try to voice their openion.

Incase you feel there is some old wine in new bottle there is no need to perticipate in the debate. This will stop say I think may be within a year or so.
