It is really surprising that 11 people die many are injured. A group claims responsibilty for the attack. They warn that if Mohammed Afzal Guru's death sentence is not repealed immediately they would target major high courts and the Supreme Court of India. Still there is no action against it. Why do we act so lame?

Yes we are weak, some times we ignore many incidents which can changed into a big problem. Leaders will be leaders, police will be police but in my opinion if we start observing little things in public places may be someday we can stop some incidents.

Thanks Srika for invite.

We are weak in the sense that we are unable to take decisions regarding the security of people.

There should be quick decisions that affect the security of the people which is the most important thing for ay Nation.

Yes we are weak because of the way our government setup is. , which has been since independence created by so called secularism by Nehru and followed by subsequent leaders. when in 1948 General Thimmayya was within miles of chasing out the Pakistani riders in Kashmir , he was called back by Nehru and Kashmir problem was referred to UN . We are seeing the result of it till date.

After every attack all our leaders give talks in TV and no action . The mentality  of the Government is such that

No, we are not weak as Indians. We are weak as a country. We have testimonials like Laxmibai, Rana Pratap, Bhagat Singh and Mahatama Gandhi, the leader for the century, and many more to augment our belief that we are the best homo sapiens among the world. But as a country, India has always been vulnerable to aliens as depicts history. Mumbai riots, series bomb blasts in various parts of the country, Parliament attack, Terrorist attack on capital (and the list never ends..). What and how have we done to revert these attacks on our sovereignty is only going to show how strong/weak we are...The rest is a history. So dear friends, we are weak as a country and that is for sure..

Thanks for referral, Sarika.

We are not at all weak. Considering the population, technology n political n social conditions, India's efforts to counter terror, are indeed commendable.

A study says that in the 10 years since 9/11, the US has foiled 39 terror attacks on its soil.

Indian authorities are foiling thousands of attacks yearly.

But sometimes we fail......But it is not weakness....

Yes we are the weakest among all developing nations as Indians continue to be soft target of terrorism due to our lackluster attitude and also due to the fact that our political system is too weak to take strong decisions. India is only country that is on receiving end of all forms of terrorism.

Sorry, we are not weak but instead we are least bothered to ensure that it never happens again. Even after the blast and at a time when Delhi was on high alert, we have news flashing on the screens that the cops continue to snor at high frequency during the duty hours and are least bothered about the safety and security of the civilians. What a pity! Such cops should be treated equally with terrorists who terrorize or are culpable to terrorize civilians
