Has India become so unsecured that a domestic tournament has to go abroad?Don't you think that it will sends wrong signal to global community?

It will send signals of being proactive to the current situation in India. Terrorism has taken its toll right in the heart of US, Manhattan, New York. 9/11 disaster is unforgettable. Does that stop people here from dreaming of going to lala land and making it BIG in the BIG apple?? NO... why are we being so macroscopic in our views?? There was a huge explosion on the red double decker busses in London, did that make UK an unpopular place??? Jaago Re..
