Is there is any difference between work plan & Project management or they are similar in nature?
Please advise!!!!!!!
Top Answer :
Work plan management is vastly different from project management despite the similar concept involved in both. The dominant management function of a multiproject is the project manager. The dominant management function of a work plan is a more senior manager, at times the CEO.
