Professionals and Technocraft is showing least interest in waste management. Through out the country solid waste is managed by Municipality and there too scavengers follow the traditional old practices. This is NOT scientific. No one is coming forward to look deep into this waste management scientifically. Thousnads and thousands of solid waste is accumulating daily in big cities. Proper segregation of waste and effective treatment to convert these wsgte into energy capsules is NOT done. Similarly effulent treatment is not looked upon properly. If effeculent is properly recycled the [non pottable]water can be reused for gardening and other cleaning purposes in the city.
Power production from solid waste has to get through scientifically. Solid conversion into Power is not enrgy efficient. Technology has to improve further to change it.
