what about social/networking sites , where  we all r connected via sentences and words  only but these words actually draws a image/ thought about the person..

Writing if realised in action and preserved as history may "look like" action but otherwise it can not be as effective as spoken words. But nothing speaks like action. You have said it or not but if you have done it..that is enough. Well this is one aspect of this saying.

At this or similar other sites many times misunderstandings develope merely because of absence of tone. I can not inject sweetness of my voice (if I have any) into my writing, neither can I fill the bitterness which I want to without using undesirable words. That remains the limitation of written communication.

Yes. Action speaks louder then words. 

Here we all r connected via sentences and words  only but we can apply these thing at the place where we work.

I personally feel that action do speak louder than words because any one can talk but only very few do what they say.We can take the politicans's of our country as an example.All the politician's talk alot they promise the public alot of things but it is very rare they do it.
