In india the regulatory lists are so interlinked with many clauses hyperlinked at different places it needs real involvement to be an indian bussinessman

To be successful HR Manager, a degree in law is highly recommendable.

POSITIVE ATTITUDE is the major thing which is essentially needed to be a successful businessman in todays competitive world. 

Of course a degree in law is always good and there are business man who came through this route.

But I would first prefer degree in ECONOMICS and later law.

Also today ,Everyone needs to have a basic and sometimes thorough knowledge of law (rules & regulations) .

No way, just some finance and business skills and you are good to go. Law Degree has nothing to do with business skills but you should follow the correct laws in your business deals.
