It may be late in arresting Mr. Suresh Kalmadiji for, "conspiracy favour a private firm.... by awarding contract of timing scoring & result system at inflated cost of Rs.141 Cr in place of 48 cr".

Its too late and too little! Kalmadi, like others would go scot free, as the Agency would not be able to nail him sixty days, as the crucial evidences would have been altered, as the Government gave almost 11 months to Kalmadi to protect himself! A seasoned politician of his calibre would have arm-twisted the agency by now!

C.B.I should arrest him long time ago!anyways better now than never!

Ofcourse a great move by CBI....but 6 months is a lot of time...we expect the CBI  to always take immediate actions on any case related to cheating, corruption and conspiracies.
