hi my name is adarsh , i worked in a bpo company for 18 months
and i was asked to leave as there was a small error while
handeling a call , but while quiting my job i was not told that it
was not an integrity issue but emergency exit and its also not
mentioned in my releaveing letter , now when i have applied for
a new job in a different company, the HR's of the company have
come back stateing that , there are negitive feedbacks , i am
worried about my career being damaged because of this , so i
have decided not show my experience from that organization ,
but the new organization has registered me online with
nasscom...with my PAN CARD information, so if i jet a job in a
different organization will that again effect my career in
anyways ? please advise....
