Friends, many say that with the rapid development in technology the companies are trying to interfere in the personal issues of the employee and the employees are not feeling private in today's companies. Does Privacy exist in the today's modern workplace?

Miss. Kriti, I do not believe that privacy exists in the modern workplace. Companies are able to get into your computer and search through your e-mail, voice mail and computer files. Companies are even able to videotape you with out your knowledge. What I found alarming is that some companies even sell your personal financial information to credit card companies.
