Today many HR organizations offer professional help to construct resumes and CVs that are very impressive. It is standard HR practice to shortlist the probables and then go ahead with the other processes. This being the case, it is very difficult o sift through a mound of resumes, all very well written and home in on a truly eligible candidate. Often the entire resources invested in the process of selecting a candidate gets derailed simply because some process not followed in its essence causes a candidate to be selected who is not fully suitable to  the job role. This causes employee disconnect. What can be done about this in the modern corporate scenario?

GOOD WORKING QUALITY IS THE BASE >PEOPLE ARE EMPLOYED FOR WORK AND NOT FOR physical looks and interactions skills or communication skills > test should be conducted to examine work target achievement. Trust, loyalty and skills are important . Psychometric test is wrong fad. If u takes Psy test for Driver he will make u fool he will show u practical drive . Every job  NEEDs driver  to achieve target.

POLISH SPEAKING AND TACTIES ARE HARMFUL SUCH EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE EXAMINED AND REMOVED

Psychological involvement with orgnisation is far imp.  Wrong people can smartly make loss to organisation lobbing , giving data to competitors taking harmful decisions are always dangerous .

One  strong way to select  GOOD PERSON IS TO examine the HOROSCOPE OF THE EMPLOYEE TAKE DOB, PLACE, TIME . STARS INDICATE PERSONALITY TREND AND 100% TRUE . RAHU CHANDRA  , KETU MANGAL ARE DENGROUS UNIONS  sHANI AND SURYA  IS NOT GOOD maNGAL AND CHANDRA IS ALSO NOT GOOD ENERGY MAY BE DISRTUCTIVE SOME WHERE . JUPITOR AND SHANI UNION OR DSHRITHI MAY CREATE SOME PROBLEMS, CHECK THE HOUSES POSITION AND EFFECTS . EMPLOYEE'S  GOOD STARS WILL CONTRIBUTE GOOD SUCCESS ,  HOROSCOPE IS VERY POWERFUL  DATA OF PERSON FOR ENTIRE LIFE  VERIOUS YOGAS ARE TO BE CHECKED.  HOROSCOPE IS STRONG PARAMETER.

We should focus on the individual's adaptibility (team-spirit), skill sets and mental agility way beyond the certificates and qualifications which can be used as broad parameters though nothing more. This can only be done through a focussed interview as well as probation period. The probation period through a mentor program. It is important to understand that the more we are willing to invest, so shall we reap.
