Hi.I joined an IT organization in 2010 by signing a bond of 2 years.At the time of joining i deposited Rs 50,000 as security deposit,which would be claimed by the company if i resign before 2 years.I resigned after 11 mnths,since i wanted to prepare for civil services.I also have the resignation acceptance letter with me and my company is aobut to claim the bond amount.
Since i broke the bond,will this play spoil sport for me in civil services background check if i clear all the exams in civils?also will this become a hurdle for me ,if i want to join any PSU?
Please answer.
