It is Appraisal time and biggest challenge for HR's / Recruiters while recruiting in these few weeks is the demanding nature of candidates.
Candidates expect a normal average Hike (20% - 30%) on their recently Appraised Salaries or even when they are yet to be Appraised.
Is it really Valuable for an Organization to perform such actions? Is it Justified on a Candidature's perspective to be so demanding?
