I uave been involved in facility management but at a small scale.

Now I have an opportunity to upscale it to a higher level and manage a huge property about 6 lakh sft.

I have to present an operational plan and transitional plan for both technical and soft services.

Can anyone guide and help me in understanding what these are and how to go about preparing these.

If I can get a draft or demo copy... nothing like it to get a headstart.

Regards

Standards and processes are becoming the main guides to develop/create any of the plans. Please dont ignore them. A few that I can suggest is to look into ISO27001 - security standard that would help you with relavent controls to the level of details on how to lay the wiring of the building etc. These controls would also give you guidence on other aspects. There are others also like COBIT etc. These together would help you arrive at a good set of plans. Hope this helps.

Also with the current issues like pandemics, any standard that talks of waste management etc.
