You can have a hundred answers to this question , but it all starts with just one - be willing to learn.
It is the exactly the same as a child in front of elders - the child should listen , ask questions if allowed to do so , and learn as much as possible. At work , you may be expected to ask questions , or questions may be frowned upon , depending on what the company / office culture is.
The solution is to have your eyes , ears and mind open at all times !
Ask questions of those whom you can trust - asking questions of all and sundry is a recipe for disaster.
The only don't , or the biggest one , is never get drawn into office politics. Never be a party to criticism of your fellow employees.
Lastly , always try to associate yourself with those who are better than you , or whom you can look up to as role models. Associating with the whiners and the failures will make you one too.
do's and dont's in corporate world for freshers is like reacting to shark in the ocean.in the orporate world there are many situations, deadlier than facing sharks. This means the situations decide the do's and dont's.no book knowledge will teach the entire do's and donts.it is like calidoscope.it is the experience which hones your skills and hepls in more concrete decisions.
