Most card issuers pull bureau data for their customers on a monthly basis so that they can take account mqanagement actions and be apprised of their financial status. Thus I believe most card issuers in any case can find out if they think that first missed payment is of concern. The issue of greater value is to identify any impending stress in nature of payment shock/ reset which is not cleanly captured within bureau files. I know all bureaus have announced that they are working this out into new products using some third party information providers , going through county records etc
