Good work ethics - Do they take you to the top of the corporate ladder?

Instead of debating on posted information, other things are being discussed.  Controversy every where. What is going wrong here? Good work ethics may not guarantee you the top position.  Once you reach the top position, these good ethics will add charm to your personality.  Hard work, domain knowledge, experience will take you to the position, other things will be the extra qualifications for you.

Hiren, don't take it to your heart. I thought I participated in the debate and cautioned you. I am a well meaning friend and unwilling to insult anybody by calling them names. I am not an IT person and therefore asked Ardhendu to help you out.

I think there is a mechanism on Too Step to check whether the article is posted earlier. A little care would have helped you to overcome avoidable problems.

I agree that all the articles posted are not ours. In my  case I confess that my articles are from the mails sent to me by my younger friends like you. We are not great authors you know !

I am not thinking on that cause i am not taking it from too-step. 

I read this article on my participated google blog & I am taking it from their 

so i am not feeling regret from their. If it's your own topic than you blaming on me but it's not your argument it's Mr.AMARDEEP SING'S Article. 

If he's blamming on me that time i am thinking about the regretting.

but now not. cause most of the people not written here their own article.

they want to share their knowledge which they feel to share with all of us.

we have to given a respect of them. Not put to blames like this.

This is a professional knowledge sharing site. so we are sharing knowledge which we get from other's or our own. Nobody can stop it & nobody can put a blame on it.

even all of the people getting their knowledge from here & their & sharing it with all of us by mixed up some. so please stop to blaming & enjoy the sharing knowledge.

What I mean to say is please value the credibility of the actual author dear friend. In India it is like you said "Chalta Hai" but concerning internationally it is a serious issue and you may face brutal consequences. Please I am not in a mood to offend you but it's my moral obligation as a friend and Indian that I must give good suggestions to my countrymen and show them the truth in global perspective.
