Least affected is healthcare including everybody in the chain as suppliers as well as financiers
This is bound to happen. Non of the company is spared in India. Let it be IT, Real Estate, Manufacuring, Sales, Banking, INsurance... lst goes on.
Every company has first focused on cost reduction by controling the expenditure is every possible area. They cut your travel cost, partying entertainments, bonus, telephone, paper usage, etc. They are also working hard for the optmised usage of available resources, let is man or machine.
Then it comes to man power reduction if still operating cost is high. With triming sales figure, revenue, the companies are doing every possible tasks to keep them afloat and not to sink. Many companies are fighting for their survival. Although time is not very bad in India as in US, cause Indian compines have good margin on their sale revenue. The future is not going to be same and all of us has to work on cost reduction.
Note: This is my personal view and does not reflect any company's view.
