Hi Everyone,
When we were young we had dreams of pursuing one particular field and that kept changing over a period of time. Life has given us the time to think... choose and pursue...
Have you continued to pursue your dreams from the very beginning or have they changed? Pls share...
My dreams kept changing over a period of time and they were...
I wanted to become a Doctor
I have passion towards Singing -Singer
Then felt this would be better - Software Engineer
I loved Law so I wanted to become a - Lawyer
Human Resources ...
And I landed with Human Resources 
Pls share yours...

When you find some day you have achieved everything you wanted and there is nothing left over, then you still as stagnant water, full of weeds and mosses.
I never set any long term goal for myself. I always try to look 2-3 years ahead of me and try setting my targets, once I reach there I check if I have achieved my goal with in the time frame I set for myself or I am late. Then again I try setting new targets.
So anyone asking me if "I have achieved everything what I wanted" my answer is "Achieved my last target but running after a new one" as I know rolling stones gather no MOSS.
what one wants to be in life, isnt an overnight happening, its not a destination, but a journey,cos, none can be perfect, but,can become better n better, with time.
Yes i guess majority of them don't pursue their dreams as it keeps changing or one doesn't get a chance to nurture his or her talent due to various reasons, as every parent wants their child to be a doctor or engineer and nothing less than that, in my view one should allow their children to follow their dreams and let them excel in that. As i wanted to become a Film director, but then had to change it due to various factors and i am now being a consultant...

I think the serious job hoppers rather stick to their own company or tend to shift to companies which has 1/2 month notice rather than going for a brand which has 3 months notice!!! This really affects the company and not the job hoppers! |
