It has become a normal practice (?) to pay bribes and get the things done. May be in Electricty Office, Muncipal Office, Police Dept, Registrar's Office or some Govt/Public Sector office. Have you ever refused to pay the bribe to get the things faster ? Or have you obliged them to get it done faster ?

In present scenario corruption is everywhere and in every field, however there may be some exceptions but the story is same more or less. When a person refuses to pay bribe for his work to be done on time, he suffers. People are reluctant to tell the truth of their own story on the wbsites. It has become a fashion now. Who wil counter the same, rather who will bell the cat?
