Hey,I am fresher.Can you tell me how to start career in IT industries?

I am also Passed out in 2009 but i start my carreer just after examination i joined a software company in pune worked there for six months and then i switch to indore currently here we working on .net 3.5 which is quite good ..so stop thinking and go get the job first/

You seem to be working over writing "Application Software's" so far, and to do good in "Application Software" you need to be really good in communication (extent of communication required depends on the nature of software and development cycle being followed). Now with that in place you will have to acquire good technical knowledge and ability to zero down the problem and work over getting them resolved or completed.

Have access to technical forums and that will help you a lot, there are tons of sample code available find them and study them,build good coding habits, read design patterns and antipatterns once you have basics in place.

This seems to be alot for now as in course of time you will learn the rest on you own :).

It is going to be cloud computing, software as service, remote support, CRM etc are the emerging fields.

Now the industry needs more hands to customise the solutions rather than develop from scratch. Multiuse is the buzzword.

Start equip yourself with the skills in any of the above fields.

if you have the basic knowledge about your chosen core stream , then rather learning the stepwise process try to develope as many projects as you can . Start with the Mini Project learn how to analyse and  implement the required functional area. This will give u a confidence and new methodologies to improve or enhance your skill. This developed software later can be sold in the market with little or no modification .

In this manner u'll learn as well as you'll get the knowledge of your respective subj....

Kapil first try to make yourself strong in some area related to your core stream. Then check out which are the companies need what you have learnt, if your profile and the companies profile matches then apply for that company. This is one way or else  if you have any dream company where you want to work , collect information of that company and prepare yourself to face the need of that company. This will help you to start a steady career.
