Please do not work in the collection department, how do you guys harass the public in lieu of Banks is awful and discriminatory. I agree with Mr. Murthy, in this regard. Banks will give credit card or any other loans just to collect the colletaral and the interest. Banks never lose on money as they make money out of thin air so they are never at lose.Stop harassing people in the name of stupid Banks...:)

Experience in collection sector will get you a job. But you can not reach the heights. Change to other areas in Finance field.
