HI SAVITHA,

UNDERSTAND THAT BIO TECHNOLOGY AS ON DATE IN OUR COUNTRY HAS VERY LIMITED SCOPE AND IT WILL TAKE QUITE SOMETIME TO DEVELOP AND OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU.ALSO UNDERSTAND THERE ARE PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR BIO TECHNOLOGISTS IN USA.PLEASE EXPLORE.

Savitha, was just reading that biotechnology students are overflowing and unemployable. in case committed to biotechnology can do specialisation for indepth appreciation. or could think of going for MBA from a highly reputed bschool say with Marketing and could be taken up both by bio-technology or other pharma or scientific companies thus yet maintaining your technical context with added value in terms of managerial contributions to such businesses. hope this sounds well. just a shade of opinion to ponder upon. do what is close to your heart and will succeed. wishing you well, kshantaram
