EVERY FORTNIGHT CONDUCT SPECIAL CLASSES TO HONE MARKETING SKILLS AND EACH MEMBER SHOULD BE MONITORED WHETHER HE/SHE IS FOLLOWING UP THE CLASSES OR NOT.

Team building and that to for performance is a huge task. But the logical step starts with team leader and it's members and their skills. If skill level is assessed and improved as per the business environment, the performance level automatically improves. But if team leader itself is faulty, ( Happens in many cases) then GOK (God Only Knows) the fate. Yatha Raja Tatha Prajaa...!!

I agree with Ms.Purvi madam, i would like to add that you can organize seminar, search through portal as per your requirement, try to more awareness about your work and then contact..

Organize free seminar or workshop in which walk in free for participants. You can also approach educational institutes etc. Many ways are available , if possible then try to give brief description so any other experts can give better idea which will help.

Give some  training program to develop there are many webinar workshop are available nowadays
