My suggestion would be grow your network and establish as many contacts as you can and catch hold of good amount of resumes. In recruitment the most essential part is to get contacts.

Now a days, recruitment teams at companies are not getting required manpower in terms of skills, experience etc. Understand the requirements of the companies and provide them with candidiates on time. There are many intellectual people with out proper guidance and with small time jobs in the market struggling for good breaks. Catch hold of them through your network. Once you establish, you get people and approach companies with the network and make a strategy. This world is full of opportunities.

Provide online career guidance to freshers as well. Do market segmenation on every stream like IT, Non IT ( Admin jobs, Pharmacy, Engineering, Teaching, Internships etc) also and prepare a comprehensive and methodological recruitment software and explain to companies. Most of the top MNC's I dont think they do have a comprehensive recruitment tracking system.

All the best..

You should contact local HR firms in different cities and have a sort of tie-up with them. The focus should be on leading cities like Mumbai and Delhi. These guys are more likely to have contacts with highre ups in the local offices. You can request them for requirements in your local area, and sendthem requirements from your area. This way, you will have more projects in hand, and give a reasonable competition to National level Companies. I am giving this answer assuming that you are a local level company trying to establish as a leading Placement Consultant. You can also contact me at expedient33@gmail.com. I am a Marketing consultant, and some of my clients request me for certain positions. I can always refer the same to you.

Now you know how to recruit people from nontechnical with experience you can enter easily by following few steps .

1. Understand the technical industry , growth and forecast the propectus of the industry.

2. With your profile meet technical recruitment consultants

3. Outsource Human Power to professional consultants and benefit from them in terms of commission .Here in this there is no risk involved .Your reputation is also going to increase.

4. Mean the time have tie ups with company's directly

these are my personal comments for your question

Hi Jagdeep:

Well i am not expert in this line but still i think if you are looking for local recruitment you should personally meet the concerned person with prior appointment & for overseas companies you have to do phone calls e-mailing, before e-mailing make a precise matter about ur company & who are ur clients , what u have done in past & for for local companies make a presentation so that u can show them at the time of meeting.

I hope this could help you.

Regards

Pankaj

Hi Jagdeep ,

Since I am not the expert of the domain in which you are operating but their is a wide gap exist between the employee and the applicant.  Just see how many perope are passing out every year froom various colleges in various stream. On the other hand almost every day their are opening in all the organisation, they have people who are working but such companies also look for much better employees. You need to match their capabilities with the force that exist in market to meet their requirement.  In order to maximise your chance of lead in industry you also need to focus on your relationship development with your older collegues  because they also play an important role in getting yourself established in market. Initially you need to sell your services may be on at par basis but see the diffecence and respose you will get if you equiped your new client with the best team .

Apart from this  thier is huge opportunity that exist in the area of third party enrolled employeement. 100 s of emloyeer are looking for people who can work for them but not be the onrolled employee of their company. You can also start such divivsion.

In total their is no longer role of Hr in corporat world in next 20-25 years. 905 of staff that work for any company will be on the rolls of some or other recruitment  company. The road is very soft , you need to run on it but with full control and focus on traffic and opportunities.

Cheers
