Basically the operations, the financials, the modus-operandi. Would like some panel of advisories to guide me into the stream.
Hi suhas,
Well recruitment firms are solely dependent on the HR needs of different companies.
First of all the empanelments are done with the companies who have a certain positions to be fulfilled. After all the paper work the positions are reffered to the recruitment firms. CVs are searched, screened and then sent back to the company. This includes very high dedication and concentration. To search 5 relevant CVs we have to go through 400-500 CVs.
After shortlisting done by the company(who has reffered the positions) the interview details are intimated to the candidates by the recruitment firm. This tracking goes on untill the candidate joins the Company. Only joining will be the criteria to claim the bills.
I hope i have elaborated all the details.
If still hungry see the menu(means tell me to illustrate any particular detail)
1)empanelment process
2)screening and scrubing process
3)preinterview process
4)post selection process
