There are various certifications provided by the Microsoft Corporations, like MCSD, MCPD, MCAD, MCTS etc. Microsoft Corp upgrade the certifications as and when new version of their development softwares are rolled out. Not many people in India have been going for such certifications. So if the reason for acquiring any such certification is to get a good job in IT industry, how do the Indian IT companies weigh such certifications against/along with the BE, MCA, MCM etc?
