What is the idea of your work as you encounter it on a daily basis?
Do you keep the overall wellbeing of your organization in everything you do in the workplace from 10-5 (say)? Do you maintain the 'rhythm' and 'synchrony' of the mission and top level directives in the processes you handle?
If you can give and earnest information then it will be helpful to me to assess the overall work culture endowed in Indian workforce. Thanks.
Cohesively in one unit, but being in the communication industry, our market visits are on regular basis, both the open market which is organised and disorganised, considering the economic of the activities, it is decentralised as of now, as municipality and other government department have their responsibilities in the present undertaking as per the organisational set ups. However, being in an professional agency kind of work environment, it is more on the semi formal approach with more focus on the technical and infrastructure thats been the major backbone of service industry.
