During one of the induction programmes which I attended few years ago, the word " culture' was used many a times by the HR and the CEO. I did not understand what they meant at the point of time. During my tenure , I saw the employees dis-satisfied with everything right from the tea to the corporate decisions. Even I have to quit the company after an year's time. But I could not understand what they called as " CULTURE" . Can any one help me to understand this better by taking how it works in your organisation ?

From outside the organization the logo and caption of the organization, the vision and mission statement, the branding and advertising of the organization tells us about the culture of the organization. And from inside the organization the hierarchy, delegating process, sharing of the information with inside and outside people, seminars and events conducted by the organization, infrastructure, facilities given to different employees as per their positions, interactions among the employees.the people involved in key decisions tells us about the culture of the organization. And from the above observations you can define the organization culture.
