A candidate who has come up to this stage(interview round ) - should possess:

- presence of mind

- minimum level of knowledge

- open to any technolgy

-adapting towards change

- motivational

- egoless

- knowledge sharing ( which ofen lacks in the knowledge Industry)

- Passion for growth

- Fire with in to work

APART FROM THE QUALIFICATION(GRADE OBTAINED IN EXAMS),INTERVIEWER SEE THE FOLLOWING

1.PRESENTATION REGARDING THE SUBECT.

2.JUDJE THE CANDIDATES KNOWLEDGE ,WHETHER HE IS CRAMER OR ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND THE SUBECT.

3. HIS I.Q.

4.INTEGRITY CAN ALSO BE JUDJED.

5CAN HE GIVE TIME AND ENERGY IN LOOKING AFTER THE JOB ALLOTED TO HIM.

6MANY OTHER THINGS SUCH AS CONCENTRATION,ETC.

The impact the candidate can create , the first impression, ability to put people at ease.

The communication skills mostly the oral then comes the written.

The leadership styles, can he utilizes appropriate interpersonal styles and methods in guiding individual or groups toward task accomplishment.

How he can analyse the situation from the data given, identify issues and give solutions.

His behavior, can he react to his goals..

 

Ability to Learn , this can be judged from previous work experience and projects done during school and college

These are the few skills I look in for when evaluating the candidate.

Finally it all depends on the organisation....

Depending on the position of employment, a competitive candidate should ideally answer to the description of knowledge, insight, decision making ability, soft skills like basic etiquette and the candidates attitude!!

it's  tough to evaluate to anybody with in 45 to 60 min.but during interview campuss i'll look some things in him/her.......

1)communication skills:- answering in a proper manner

2)positive attitude

3)knowledge and interest in related field .....experience also

4)honesty:- if a person is honest to himself then he is honest for everybody and everything...( as i think)

5)energy level

6)presence of mind

7)himself presentation

many things to be noticed but these are common.....so i'll look these thing with in him/her....

what you guys say???????????????

I think ramendu at the time of interview following parameter is consider

1)1 st thing is U R grade (%),

2)  How much the candidate have practica view. 

3) Whether he is giving polished ans. as every one giving at the time of interview or his ans.base on his own experience.

4) Your body languages show your attitude.

5) Last but not least U r Confidence.
