- If HR department develops systematically Exit Interviews when an employee leaves your company you could have useful information that brings you a picture about problems that being addressed could be helpful to improve manager’s performance.
- Analyzing your company’s turnover rate is easy to ascertain in the scenario where such values are relatively high that an internal stressor or mismanagement are intervening to generate deterioration in the expected manager’s performance.
- Possibly, the underperforming performance of these managers could be occasioned for a defective capacitating plan to enhance the knowledge and skills that are required to develop the job properly. If this is the problem HR department could make the needed adjustments to develop the appropriated career development plans required for the proper manager’s performance in the workplace.
- Another possibility is that corporate culture and/or climate are unfavorable to create and promote a high performance workplace. Being so, Senior Management commitment could introduce, with the help of specialized coaching and consultancy the necessary correctives to improve manager’s performance.
- If the salary and the benefits package is not competitive enough your company could be hiring professional with competences, skills, an knowledge that is not enough to develop competitively the tasks envisioned in the respective job’s profiles.
