What is your criteria to rate any celebrities.. "we have so many...now a day either by one their word, song , dance, act....or anything else"

Celebrity should be recongized through their personalities and how much influencial interms of their work towards societal developoment. I hope here celebrities are just not people who are associated towards entertainment. Dr. Abdul Kalam is also a Celebrity.
