I'm a MBA HR Fresher and looking for a job but not getting the job profile i desire for,In fact most of the job profile for HR freshers relate to recruitment and head hunting(As shown in job portals). I'm interested in Core HR or Generalist profile, And therefore want to know whether a one month course in practical application of HR related areas will be useful for me or not. Early guidance requested

In my sight after MBA HR, no more Courses useful, now you required practical training, so in my sight minimum three months training in practical application of HR related areas is more useful.
