I am a MBA(Marketing) graduate with an experience of 5 months in insurance company.I am in SBi life banca and i m liking it.So can u suggest me whether i am making a right choice or not.If no,then what is the alternative.

Hi Tushar, What ever decision you make, it should be of your interest & satisfaction. If you are very much interested in bancassurance job, please go ahead. No one is there to stop you. At the end of the day you have to look for your job satisfaction, money comes next. Of course 'for your satisfaction' bancassurance has a wide scope in India and lots of oppurtunity to develop. My experience in SBI taught me that its damn difficult to give good customer service,even after employee enhancemnt and training program.The basic reason which i find is their efficiency to deal with huge number of customers. |
