Why even our academic outcomes and our knowledge are not helping us to have a stable n settled career? why even education is complete , still there is no proper direction for career?

As long as it takes you to develop good people skills and as soon as you are able to dilute your EGO.

It depends on how much labour you have put in over the years in a particular profession and how successful and contented you feel doing it.

No career is stable till it's end except in Government jobs. Everyone knows this well in his/her mind but has to accept the same with a pinch of salt.

I think with Min.5yrs experience in your field one can consider himself/herself in a stable position!

 I THINK THAT IF YOU WANT TO SEE A STABLE CAREER ITS MEANS THAT YOU DONOT WANT TO LEARN MORE AND MORE THINGS.... IN THE CAREER,  A PERSONS LEARNS NEW THINGS EVERYDAY.. LIKE ME AND YOU ALSO...........I AM LEARNING EVERYDAY I DONOT WANT A STABILITY... I WANT MORE MORE LEARN....

Create a good resume and approach a Head Hunter, probably some of those who answered here can help. The problem in India is one don't work while studying so that one cannot fill up his resume with responsibilities undertaken while going to school to get ones degree. Another problem in India  is those who are supposed to create jobs for new graduates seem to be sleeping. More deliberate commitment from their part is called forth so that new graduates can have a job let alone an environment to make rational choices further on, which can be planed up by them later.

Corporate can do something only if institutions work on the practical aspect of thing, rather than remaining only theoretical and giving no knowledge on the practical aspect of things.
