With so many projects to handle. How often should one review their project portfolio ???
Top Answer :
Project Portfolio Reviews and assessment should be done at frequent intervals to facilitate
1. Right Mix of Projects are in the Portfolio (ie, A portfolio should nt have too many risky projects or too many Low value projects)
2. Terminate the Non Strategic Projects and Prioritize, add any new projects from the Pipeline to the Projects Portfolio.
3. Balancing the Portfolio / Optimizing the Portfolio
4. Maximizing the ROI
