Productivity can be improved by:-

  • Providing & using right tools & equipments
  • Offering a good workplace (Hygiene, Sanitation, Safety standards)
  • Motivational awards to good performer
  • Periodical objective performance review for incentives/promotions
  • On the spot awards to individuals to encourage good works
  • Nice training for safe work practices.
