Hi This question is posed at the product team of Toostep and fellows. I find it invariably a pain to access the inbox at Toostep. Have tried various bandwidths from 256Kbps - 1Mbps (shared though) but I believe it will take ages to view your inbox. Can the toostep team tweak and forward these mails to the Id's registered for Toostep Usage?

Hi...
What I observed is when someone sends you an email on TooStep inbox, it will automatically forward a copy of the received email to your TooStep registered email Id. In case you are not getting any email alerts from TooStep, please check your account preference settings. To check these setting go to "MY Account" tab on the home page. On "My Account" tab on the right hand side you will see preferences pane. Just check in the checkboxex as per your requirement.
Hope this helps you!
