Dear Manju,
How do you figure out if you are in the right career...........though you begin with an end in your mind and you have requiste knoweldge on self motivation, self mastery, etc we come through a phase when everything seems so difficult to survive as you do not know where to head.
Would appreciate your opinion on it

You don't mind if other than Manju is answering this question, According to me, this is very simple - If one is not enjoying what he is doing in the form of his career or work, i think they should not do, its just a waste of time and neither they enjoy what they are doing and either they give their 100% towards their work, first analyze which is your potential area, do what you like the most, don't do just for the sake of doing it...you will not enjoy it and you'll be constantly changing jobs because you don't find it working for you, so identify yourself where u really want to go and want to do the most.....
