how to block facebook in my office.
every one use facebook,orkut,twitter,torrents.
download & chatting face this problem every day in my office plz tell me solution.
OPEN UP RUN - TYPE "DRIVERS" FOLDER - SELECT "ETC" FOLDER - SELECT HOST FILE WITH THE HELP OF NOTEPAD - HIT CONTROL + END (SIMULTANEOUSLY) - AT THE END OF THE FILE YOU WILL FIND A LINE WHICH WOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE THIS 127.0.0.1 LOCAL HOST - PUT THE CURSOR AT THE END OF THE LINE, JUST NEXT TO LOCAL HOST AND HIT ENTER - WRITE EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN BELOW:-
127.0.0.2 [HIT TAB] www.facebook.com
127.0.0.3 [HIT TAB] www.orkut.com
127.0.0.4 [HIT TAB] www.yahoo.com
127.0.0.5 [HIT TAB] www.twitter.com
SAVE THE CONFIGURATION AND EXIT BOTH DRIVERS AND ETC FOLDERS.
IF YOU WANT DOMAIN LEVEL SETTINGS THEN GO FOR GROUP POLICIES.
