The people who come for purchase are much loyal to the brand of products they are purchasing. Brand equity is effective when peopleof the organization become familiar with the organization and the culture, in a positive way, that they constantly reinforce the brand and continue to improve its perception with its members with every interaction. The management foster this culture aggressively as it works for them and BE is high on their radar screen with respect to corporate philosophical beliefs and the organizations strategic development.
