I think this question is answered earlier. However I will try to answer your question once again. To form a partneship company, minimum two partners are required and they have to sign a partnership deed, drafted by a lawyer/CA, and get it registered with the local Registrar of Firms. Cost will be roughlyRs.3 - 4000/- To form a Private Limited Company (1) You have to apply to the Registrar of Companies (RoC) for availability of name. Names like Reliance, Wipro are not allowed. (2) After getting the name a Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA) is to be drafted and filed with Registrar of Companies of your State (3) Atleast two persons must subscribe to the (MOA)(4) The minimum capital requirement is Rs.1 Lakh (5) Normally a CA will undertake the job of drafting the MOA and getting it registered with RoC. All charges including fees at RoC and fees to CA will be 10-15 thousand approx. Hope your doubts are clarified.
