Whether it is hard times or not, organizational performance should keep in terms of improving thier level. No organization can sustain if it becomes sloppy or adhere to concentration lapse whether the time is favourable or not. But circumstantial problems can affect the performance hence it is mandatory to keep a full check on all the various loopholes in the working of organisation. Evaluation is 360o study of the procedure and it needs continuous amendment as per the situations. You never know when the bad times can hit, and one has to be prepared. Be it the functional procedures, the sustanability factor or the growth census..awareness and keeping in terms of future growth is must. Hard times are must to test the vulnerability factor of any organisation...
