how to extend a line if we have only two adjucent points & it is require to mark a point beyond that two points in same straight line without using Theodolite? can optical square be accurate enough?

Amol u have not cleared that the length of extension of line as well as the nature of the land ( plane or undulated etc...).

yes in normal case opticle squre is usefull. And some time by alignining that line in line with the previous points by a thread will also serve the purpose.

i really don't know if optical square is usefull in that case but  simple caculator and tape can be helpful.

in case of RMC while mix designing many things effecting concrete are considered, but improper pouring may result in cracks. if it is temperature variation then cracks will appeare frequently.
I'm agree with you M'am, because some time lowest one may not be capable or not willing to work srtictly as per specifications to get proffit.
