The initial step is to prepare the attractive resume to hit the employers.

Later step is to prepare yourself / presenting yourself as per the resume infront of the employer.

What do you mean by MNC???, Most of big Indian companies are themselves multinationals now. Tata, infy, aditya birla group, mindtree....all of them are mnc.

And the most disgusting thing is why people ask such questions. I mean what’s wrong with Indian companies; they are making crores and crores of profit by only dominating in Indian markets. So dude never ever desire for that …..want to be happy then forget that frustration and from tomorrow try to learn some good things from your organization and then you will feel you wasted a lot of time in frustration and in thinking of going to MNC.

I think it is not that best jobs are available in MNC only. i agree with Mr. Rohit that it is the area in which u are good at. As at the end you get paid for ur area of expertise whether it is MNC or not doesn't matter
