Out of my experience, I have seen that in most of the cases students feel problem in theoritical subjects and love to concentrate in practical subjects only. My suggestion is that due care should be given to theory also. To make the study of theoritical subjects interesting and get success, let me give an example. Please dont look the volume of syllabus. It will create a confusion which item to cover or not to cover. This confusion becomes the main hurdle. Further, treat the theoritical subject not as a SUBJECT, treat it like a cricket match but not a test match. Treat the subject like 20-20 match and just go ahead. I mean pick the parts of subject in lots, specify the time frame to study in one sitting say cover 10 pages in one hour in one sitting. Give a tea break after one hour for 15 minutes and just rewind the matter studied in your mind during that period. Again sit for one hour continuously. Match is over. Play one more match in evening and one in night. During intervening period, study subject of your liking or do what ever you like and look the enjoyment.
