I need some practical ideas of quitting this habit of smoking. This will be referred by the future aspirants for the noble motive too.

So please kindly tell me the steps or processes or guidance in this regard please..................

1. MAKE A DONATION BOX FOR ANY GOOD CAUSE

2. WHEN EVER YOU WANT TO SMOKE, DROP Rs 10/-IN THE BOX

3. IF YOU HAVE NO CHANGE, PLZ DON'T SMOKE

4. MORE SMOKING MEANS MORE DONATION FOR THE NOBLE CAUSE

My God smoking 50 cigars a day --- MR ASADULLAH ---- How do feel after smoking elated --in heaven or what?    are u still smoking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after thinking of quitting since 3 years??

As per my research, To quit smoking only one thing will work..

Replacement therapy+Ur positive attitude..

Just be +ve abt quitting smoke and Just analyse at wat time do u smoke regularly..At the same time instead of gettin a cigar just get an elaichi or clove to put in ur mouth and keep it for atleast 1 hour..That will not harm u by any means...

Practice this regularly and finally u'll see that ur habbit of smoking has been decreased and it'll b gone..

Everybody tells that the reason for smoking is mind relief,tension free an so on.but it is not fact that so many youths are smoking for their recreation,enjoyment and so on.The comedy of error is SMOKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH is printed in boxes itself.So, when we feel tension in our offfice better take a cup of coffee with snacks as interested,youngster chat with your boy/girl friend,married person dial up to your wife for few minutes,get connected to your colleages and discuss with funny matters,elders spend time with your little cutties.
