According to me the security and risk analysis survey is a thorough physical examination of a facility, and then its operation with respect to the personnel and company assets. These workplace investigations are extremely valuable business tools, whether conducted for due diligence or for proactive self evaluation. One needs to  examine the risks like where the assets are exposed to, and take review measures to protect them and to mitigate the liability. Then identify the  vulnerable stuff and make steps like  how these risks may be minimized or eliminated altogether. A survey is conducted so that a problem area can be corrected and future losses can be prevented.
